Recipe: Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan

  • Ingredients: Broccoli florets, olive oil, salt, pepper, grated Parmesan cheese
  • Instructions: Toss florets in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan for the last few minutes to let it melt and brown.
