Benefit:
This stir-fry harnesses the power of crisp broccoli and zesty ginger to create a dish that excites your taste buds, supports digestion, and reduces inflammation.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry until they reach a tender-crisp texture.
